Shipping policy

We utilize FedEx and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 days to process your order and ship it out. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. 

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not ship until the following Monday. Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact FedEx or USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of FedEx or USPS. It is the responsibility of FedEx or USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
